Melinda garde-bijoux ("keep-jewelry"): This dressing table was built for a client who adorned herself standing. The sliding trays within provide ample storage for baubles. The carved and coopered "urn" pedestal (this was a challenge) and reeded, turned legs are solid bubinga; the case and base are veneered, the latter over a carved poplar substrate.
